Our consignment team carefully reviews all pre-loved items in person in order to confirm authenticity and price items based on their quality. The team is trained to look for all the indications of authenticity, including item construction, materials, hardware, authenticity papers (if provided) and product codes.

Should pre-loved items require further authentication, they are sent to a third-party authentication service for advanced review. If our team requires third-party authentication, the consignor will be charged an authentication fee (see below). Items deemed to be inauthentic are returned to the consignor and will not be sold at our location.
