How consigning works

  1. Click Consign Now to begin.

  2. On the next page, enter your email address.

    Please ensure this is the same email provided at your consignment appointment if you completed an in-store drop off.

  3. Follow the prompts to create your account.

  4. Once logged in, begin uploading your items for review by our consignment team.

  5. Track everything in one place.

    If you completed an in-store drop off, you will be able to view all active items and track sales and payouts directly from your account.

Luxury pieces are subject to an authentication fee. If third-party authentication is required, the consignor will be charged a non-refundable fee based on the item type.

Which store will my items go to?

You make one submission. Our team reviews every item and places it in the concept where it will perform best: Luxury for rare, investment pieces, Contemporary for modern wardrobe staples and curated vintage.

How does store credit work?

Choose store credit and earn 5% extra on Luxury items or 10% extra on Contemporary items. Credit can be used across both stores.

I dropped off in store. Which email do I use?

Use the same email address you provided at your consignment appointment. You will then see your active items, sales and payouts in your account.

Who do I ask about authentication?
