Retail Sales Associate

 Duties:

  • Provide luxury customer service by recommending, selecting and helping clients with merchandise
  • Drive sales by maintaining a high level of product and So Over It knowledge
  • Ensure maintenance of merchandise presentation including ticketing and steaming product
  • Assistance with some E-Commerce duties, including shipping and receiving
  • Assistance with inventory management
  • Processing payments and layaways in an efficient manner
  • Support in organizing the stock room, sales floor, dressing room and all other common areas
  • Taking photos of product for daily social media stories

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years retail and customer service experience

  • Be available for part-time shifts on weekdays and Saturdays

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Must have luxury brand knowledge

  • Organized, adaptable and proactive

  • Bonus: Experience creating social media stories in an retail environment

Consignment & Inventory Manager

The role of the Consignment & Inventory Manager includes intake of merchandise, ownership of inventory organization, entering product information into our databases, and maintaining accurate records of confidential company information. You will work cross-functionally with our Sales team, Marketing team and other members of So Over It to maintain our elevated customer experience. Our ideal candidate has strong luxury brand knowledge, keen attention to detail, and a strong organizational mindset.

 Duties:

  • Assessment of incoming luxury inventory (Research, Authentication, Pricing)
  • Inventory Entry in Google Sheets (Product info, Measurements, Year, etc.)
  • Importing Date from Google Sheets to POS System
  • Printing tags for all items via Dymo Label Program
  • Ticketing new items
  • Cleaning and steaming items as needed so they are photography/client ready
  • Provide elevated customer service to consignor base (sending price quotes, consignment contracts, commission promos + VIP client updates)
  • Communicating with Photography/Marketing team
  • Maintain organization within stockroom

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years luxury retail/customer service experience
  • Luxury Brand Knowledge
  • Authentication experience/certification
  • Strong ability to decipher luxury brands during intake process
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptable + Proactive
  • Team player
  • Motivated to learn and grow within a small business!
