We want your experience with So Over It Luxury Consignment to be smooth and satisfying, no matter how you shop with us. Please review the return policy carefully, as return eligibility varies depending on how your purchase was made.
Return Eligibility by Purchase Channel
1.     Online Store Orders

Orders placed through our online store (where items are listed with photos and product details) follow the standard return policy outlined below. Select items may be eligible for store credit or exchange.
2.     In-Store Purchases

All purchases made in-store are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for
return, exchange, or store credit.
3.     Instagram Direct Sales (via DMs, Shared Photos, or Private Links)

Items purchased through Instagram via direct messages, shared product photos, or private links to items not listed on our online store are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
4.     Instagram Sales Linked to Online Store Listings

If you received a link via Instagram that leads to a product listed in our
online store, your order is considered an Online Store Order, and the standard return policy applies.
Standard Return Policy (Applies to Eligible Online Store Orders)
Regular price pre-loved clothing and footwear are eligible for store credit or exchange. All other pre-loved items are FINAL SALE, including:
·      Swimwear
·      Sale items
·      Handbags
·      Accessories
·      Items purchased through finance platforms
·      Items received after 14 days of the original shipment date
 Return Window
Online returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original shipment date.

To ensure a smooth return process, all customers must submit a return request before sending any item(s) back.

Return Conditions
Before making a purchase, please carefully inspect each item and thoroughly review the product description to ensure you are satisfied with the item’s condition.
·      All shipped returns must be received by So Over It Luxury Consignment within 30 days of the original shipment date.
·      All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
·      Any duties or customs fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
·      So Over It Luxury Consignment is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages during the return shipping process.
