Return Policy & Shipping
Regular price pre-loved clothing, footwear and clothing are eligible for store credit or exchange. All other pre-loved items are FINAL SALE (all swimwear, sale items, handbags, accessories, items purchased through Affirm or items received after 14 days of original shipment date).
Online returns must be made within 14 days of the original shipment date. Returns can be made in-store or shipped back to So Over It.
Prior to return, please inspect each item carefully and thoroughly read online product information to ensure you are satisfied with item condition before purchasing.
All shipped returns must be received by So Over It within 30 days of the original shipment date.
All returns are at the expense of the customer. Any duties incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
So Over It is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages during the return shipping process.
