• Regular price pre-loved clothing, and footwear are eligible for store credit or exchange.

• All other pre-loved items are FINAL SALE (all swimwear, sale items, handbags, accessories, items purchased through Affirm or items received after 14 days of original shipment date).

• Online returns must be made within 14 days of the original shipment date. Returns can be made in-store or shipped back to So Over It.

• Prior to return, please inspect each item carefully and thoroughly read online product information to ensure you are satisfied with item condition before purchasing.
  

• All shipped returns must be received by So Over It within 30 days of the original shipment date.
  

• All returns are at the expense of the customer. Any duties incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
  

• So Over It is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages during the return shipping process.
