02Can I consign online?

Yes. You can consign all items through our online consignment portal, Circle Hand. A single account lets you consign with both our Luxury and Contemporary stores.

03How do I receive payment for my items?

Choose between E-Transfer payments or store credit. Store credit can be used at both our Luxury and Contemporary stores.

Bonus store credit: 5% extra for Luxury and 10% extra for Contemporary.
04Can I consign specific designers?

Each store has a curated list of accepted designers and brands. View our accepted Luxury designers and Contemporary brands.

05Do you offer cash buyouts?

We currently do not offer cash buyouts. All items are processed through our standard consignment program.

06How does authentication work?

Our trained team carefully reviews construction, materials, hardware, product codes and any provided authenticity papers. Pieces requiring further review are sent to a third-party authentication service. A non-refundable fee applies when third-party authentication is required. Items deemed inauthentic are returned and will not be sold.

08I only have one item. Can I consign?

Absolutely. Whether you have one item or ten, we are happy to process your consignment request.

09Do you offer store credit instead of cash?

Yes. Store credit is available for both Luxury and Contemporary consignments, with 5% bonus credit for Luxury and 10% for Contemporary items.

10How do I know when an item has sold?

You will receive an email notification through your Circle Hand account whenever an item sells.

11How long is the consignment period?

Luxury items are consigned for 6 months and Contemporary items for 12 months. If an item has not sold at the end of that period, you will be notified and can collect it or include it in our annual Super Sale.

12How do you decide which store my item goes to?

Our team evaluates style, quality and market demand. Contemporary pieces go to the Contemporary store, while high-end designer or investment pieces go to Luxury. You do not need to choose—we place each item where it is most likely to perform well.

13Can I consign Luxury and Contemporary items together?

Yes. Submit items for both stores through one account and view all active items, sales and payouts in one dashboard.

14How should I prepare my items?

Items should be clean, gently used and in excellent condition. For Luxury pieces, include original packaging, dust bags and authenticity cards whenever possible to help maximize value.

15Are there seasonal or trending guidelines?

Our team curates items based on current trends, seasonality and demand. Some pieces may sell faster than others, and pricing reflects each item's style, quality and market relevance.
