How do I start consigning?

What are your consignor rates?

Our consignor rates are:

70% = Hermès and Chanel listed at $1000+
60% = Items listed at $1000+
50% =  Items listed at $999 and under

Do you accept drop offs?

Yes - Our shop is open Tuesday-Saturday 11am-5pm.

Can I consign online?

Yes you can consign through Trendful

I only have one item, can I consign still?

Yes

How do I receive payment for my item?

You will receive payment as an E-Transfer.

Do you offer store credit instead for consignment?

Yes we do offer store credit for consignment.

Can I consign ________ designer?

All our accepted designers are listed here.

How do I know when an item has sold?

You will be notified on by email via your Trendful account

Do you do cash buyouts?

We currently do not offer cash buyouts. 

How long is the consignment period?

The consignment period is 6 months.

How does authenticity work on consigned items?

Our consignment team carefully reviews all pre-loved items in person in order to confirm authenticity and price items based on their quality. The team is trained to look for all the indications of authenticity, including item construction, materials, hardware, authenticity papers (if provided) and product codes. Should pre-loved items require further authentication, they are sent to a third-party authentication service for advanced review. If our team requires third-party authentication, the consignor will be charged an authentication fee. Items deemed to be inauthentic are returned to the consignor and will not be sold at our location.

PURCHASING

Is there financing available?

Yes. You can finance your purchase via Affirm or Afterpay at checkout.

How does Affirm work?

Payment options through Affirm Canada Holdings Ltd. (“Affirm”). Your rate will be 0–31.99% APR (where available and subject to provincial regulatory limitations). APR offered is based on creditworthiness and subject to an eligibility check. Not all customers will be eligible for 0% APR. Payment options depend on your purchase amount, may vary by merchant, and may not be available in all provinces/territories. Actual payment option terms will be shown at checkout. A down payment (or a payment due today) may be required. Affirm accepts debit cards and PAD as forms of repayment on payment options. Select payment options may be eligible for repayment in the form of credit cards. Please review the terms and conditions of your credit card when using it as a form of repayment. Sample payment options may be: a $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR, or 4 interest-free payments of $200 every 2 weeks.
