Exciting Update for SOI Valued Consignors

At So Over It Luxury Consignment, we’re constantly striving to enhance your experience, and we’re thrilled to announce a big change. Starting Monday, December 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new platform—Cirche Hand—designed to make your consignment journey smoother, more intuitive, and even more luxurious.

What Does This Mean for You?

For Current Consignors with Active Items
If you have items currently on consignment, don’t worry! Your consigned items will automatically transfer to the new platform. Simply log in on December 1st to view and manage them—no action needed on your part.

For Past Consignors (No Active Items)
If you’ve consigned with us in the past but don’t have active items, we’d love to welcome you back! The new platform makes it easier and more efficient to consign your luxury items.

For New Consignors
If you're consigning with us for the first time, the new platform offers a simplified, user-friendly experience for listing and managing your luxury items with ease.

New Platform Features

Our new platform offers a range of features to make your consignment experience even better:

• Edit Profile: Update your personal information and payout preferences directly in the “Edit Profile” section.

• Create Item: Easily upload items for consignment by clicking on the “Create Item” button within the portal.

• Dashboard:

  • View the status of all items associated with your account.

  • Access all payout receipts from previously sold items.

  • Check your store credit balance (if applicable).

How to Get Started:

1. Visit the New Platform
   Starting December 1st, go to our website and click the “Sell” button, or click here.

2. Sign Up with Your Email

• Current Consignors: Sign up using the same email address you’ve used to consign with us to link your account with your active items.

• Past Consignors: You can use your previous email or sign up with a new one.

• New Consignors: Simply sign up with your preferred email.

3. Check Your Email for the Login Link
   After signing up, you’ll receive a login link. Click it to access your new account on the platform.

4. Manage Your Consignments

• Current Consignors: Once logged in, you can easily track and manage your active consigned items.

• New Consignors: Start listing your luxury items and manage your consignments seamlessly through the platform.
