At So Over It Luxury Consignment, we hand-select our curated collection to include only the finest, most versatile, and timeless pieces that reflect quality craftsmanship and modern style. While many of our items are pre-owned, we ensure they meet our high standards of excellence.

Occasionally, minor signs of wear may be present, but we provide full transparency, detailing any flaws in our product descriptions. For items without fabric or size tags, we make an informed estimation and note it in the details.

All product listings now display a star below the price — it's part of our updated site design. Here’s how to interpret it:

• Star + Condition (e.g. ☆ Excellent)
  This item has been evaluated using our new condition standard (see below).
• Star only (no condition shown)
  This item follows our previous condition standard, still visible in the product description. These are being updated gradually.

New Condition Standards (Currently in Use)

PRISTINE

Brand new, never worn, and complete with original sales tags and select packaging. Includes all original accessories such as box, dust bag, and jewelry pouch, where applicable.

EXCELLENT

Pre-owned with no noticeable flaws. The item appears almost new, showing minimal to no signs of wear.

VERY GOOD

Pre-owned with slight signs of natural wear, such as minor creasing, light marks, or small scratches. The piece shows minimal wear from gentle use and remains in solid condition.

GOOD

Pre-owned with visible signs of wear, such as scuffs, light abrasions, or pilling. These imperfections are generally minor and can be easily repaired, but the item retains its functional and aesthetic appeal.

FAIR

Noticeable signs of wear such as scuffs, surface marks, or fading. Still functional and wearable, but with visible imperfections.

AS IS

Items with significant signs of wear, such as worn corners, discoloration, or structural imperfections that may require repair (e.g., small holes or tears). Priced accordingly and sold as-is.

Whenever possible, we provide original tags, boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards. These will be highlighted in the product descriptions for your reference.

EXCELLENT
Minimal to no visible wear; appears almost new.

GREAT
Gently used with light, natural signs of wear such as soft creasing or faint marks.

GOOD
Moderate wear visible, such as scuffing or softening. Still fully wearable and in good condition overall.

FAIR
Heavier signs of use with visible imperfections, including discoloration, surface marks, or fading. Item remains functional.
