Consignment Coordinator

Full-Time: 30 to 40 hours per week, in-person

So Over It is looking for a Consignment Coordinator to support the daily intake and processing of products across both So Over It Luxury and So Over It Contemporary.

This role works closely with the Consignment Manager and plays a key part in ensuring all incoming items are accurately processed, priced, and organized. It is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with a high volume of inventory.

What You’ll Do

Product Intake & Processing

  • Assist with receiving and unpacking incoming consignments
  • Support pricing of items in alignment with internal guidelines
  • Ensure all products are accurately logged, categorized, and prepared for sale
  • Maintain consistent quality control across all items

Inventory Systems & Data Entry

  • Input and manage product information using online tools connected to Shopify
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all product listings and internal systems
  • Support digital organization of inventory alongside physical intake processes

Organization & Inventory

  • Keep intake areas clean, structured, and efficient
  • Organize incoming products for processing and storage
  • Support overall inventory flow between intake and retail floor

Team Support

  • Work closely with the Consignment Manager to maintain daily workflow
  • Contribute to a smooth and efficient intake system as volume fluctuates

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Highly organized and process-driven
  • Comfortable using online systems and learning new tools
  • Experience with Shopify or similar platforms is an asset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Reliable and able to work in person consistently
  • Interest in fashion, retail, or consignment is an asset

About the Role
