So Over It: Admin/Operations Assistant

Full Time: Monday to Friday, occasional evenings and weekends

So Over It is looking for a highly organized, detail oriented Admin and Operations Assistant to support the daily flow of our growing luxury consignment business.

This role is central to how the business runs. From product uploads to client communication to behind the scenes logistics, you will be part of the engine that keeps everything moving.

What You’ll Do

Operations and Admin

  • Support daily operational needs across the business
  • Manage scheduling systems, appointments, and internal calendars
  • Coordinate shipping, courier pickups, and logistics
  • Assist with inventory tracking, organization, and accuracy
  • Process and schedule consignor payouts
  • Maintain internal systems and ensure processes are up to date and running smoothly

E Commerce and Website

  • Upload new products to the website with a high level of accuracy
  • Ensure all product listings are complete, consistent, and aligned with brand standards
  • Maintain collections, categories, and backend organization
  • Support ongoing website updates as needed

Customer Experience

  • Manage the email inbox with timely, professional responses
  • Communicate with consignors and clients regarding orders, accounts, and inquiries
  • Support a polished and thoughtful client experience across all touchpoints

Marketing and Events Support

  • Assist with light marketing coordination and updates
  • Support in store events, pop ups, and brand activations
  • Help with logistics, setup, and execution of special initiatives

What You Bring

  • Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Comfort with technology, experience with e commerce platforms or backend systems is strongly preferred
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to problem solve independently
  • Interest in fashion, retail, or luxury resale

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Availability for occasional evenings and weekends for events and activations
