All other pre-loved items (swimwear, sale items, handbags, accessories, Affirm purchases, or items received 14+ days after shipment) are FINAL SALE. Online returns must be made within 14 days of shipment, either in-store or by mail to So Over It. Returns must arrive within 30 days of shipment and are at the customer's expense.
