RETURN - Regular-price pre-loved clothing and footwear are eligible for store credit or exchange. All other pre-loved items (swimwear, sale items, handbags, accessories, Affirm purchases, or items received 14+ days after shipment) are FINAL SALE. Online returns must be made within 14 days of shipment, either in-store or by mail to So Over It. Returns must arrive within 30 days of shipment and are at the customer's expense. Duties incurred will be deducted from refunds. So Over It is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Canada: $25 CAD, estimated 5-10 business days. Winnipeg: Free in-store pickup (select at checkout).
International: $55 CAD, estimated 10-15 business days.
