If further authentication is needed, items are sent to a third-party service, with an authentication fee charged to the consignor. Inauthentic items are returned and not sold.

STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGE: Regular priced pre-loved clothing and footwear are eligible for store credit or exchange.

• Online returns must be made within 14 days of shipment, either in-store or by mail to So Over It.
• Returns must arrive within 30 days of shipment and are at the customer's expense.
• Duties incurred will be deducted from refunds. So Over It is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
