Our consignment team inspects all pre-loved items in person to verify authenticity and price based on quality. We check item construction, materials, hardware, authenticity papers, and product codes. If further authentication is needed, items are sent to a third-party service, with an authentication fee charged to the consignor. Inauthentic items are returned and not sold.

FINAL SALE: All swimwear, sale items, handbags, accessories, glasses, Affirm purchases, or items received 14+ days after shipment are FINAL SALE.

STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGE: Regular priced pre-loved clothing and footwear are eligible for store credit or exchange.

• Online returns must be made within 14 days of shipment, either in-store or by mail to So Over It.
• Returns must arrive within 30 days of shipment and are at the customer's expense.
• Duties incurred will be deducted from refunds. So Over It is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Canada: $25 CAD, estimated 5-10 business days. Winnipeg: Free in-store pickup (select at checkout).
