Our space is built on thoughtful curation and a retail experience that feels intentional from front to back. Everything we bring in, whether it's a single piece or a full collection, is chosen with that in mind.

POP UPS

Host your own in store experience.

Pop ups are the most flexible way to connect with our audience. You bring your product, set up your space, and run your sales. We provide the environment, the foot traffic, and the promotion.
What to expect:
  • Bookable dates throughout the month
  • You manage your own transactions and POS
  • You provide your own racks and display setup
  • Support through in store promotion and social features

This is a great fit for brands or resellers who want full control over their product and pricing, and who are looking to create a moment around their collection.

FEATURED RESELLERS

A more integrated way to be part of the store.

Being a featured reseller is an option for those who want a consistent presence in a retail space, without managing a full-time storefront.
You will be brought in as a consignor, with added visibility and merchandising support.
What to expect:
  • A dedicated, branded rack or grouped display
  • Your pieces merchandised together in store
  • Inclusion in social features and product highlights
  • Ongoing exposure to in store traffic
This option is curated carefully.
We look for resellers with a strong point of view, consistent inventory, and pieces that align with the overall direction of the store.

WHOLESALE

For brands and makers.

We also work with a small number of brands and local makers on a wholesale basis. This allows us to integrate your products into the store in a way that feels cohesive with our overall merchandising.
What to expect:
  • You provide wholesale pricing
  • We handle pricing, merchandising, and sales
  • Opportunities for seasonal features and in store placement
We are especially interested in small batch, design forward, and locally made goods that complement our core offering.

We are not a traditional resale space.

Everything in SOI Contemporary is curated with intention. We are looking for pieces that feel considered, current, and aligned with our customer.
This means:
  • We do not accept all applications
  • We prioritize quality over quantity
  • We look for resellers who understand their product and their pricing
