So Over It: Sales Associate

So Over It is growing, and we’re looking for Retail Sales Associates to join our team at both So Over It Luxury and So Over It Contemporary.

We’re looking for someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with people, and can create an elevated shopping experience from the moment a client walks through the door or visits our social media profiles.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of retail and customer service experience

  • Available for full time shifts Tuesday to Saturday

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Interest in fashion, styling and current trends

  • Luxury brand knowledge is considered an asset

  • Organized, adaptable and proactive

  • A positive team player who is comfortable multitasking

  • Comfortable using Instagram and other social platforms for sales purposes

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional client experience by helping customers discover, select and style pieces they love

  • Build strong product knowledge across So Over It Luxury and So Over It Contemporary inventory

  • Drive sales by supporting store goals, following sales targets and contributing ideas to help achieve them

  • Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, ticketing and steaming product

  • Assist with e commerce tasks including shipping and receiving orders

  • Support inventory organization and management

  • Process payments and POS transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain the sales floor, fitting rooms, stock rooms and shared spaces

  • Support daily store operations and contribute to a positive team environment

Monthly bonus incentives are available for hitting sales targets.

Requirements:

Education: Secondary School preferred
Experience: 1 year of sales experience required
